Adjustable Crossbar & Non-drop Hooks: The crossbar on the floating shelves has two installation hole positions. The mounting hole of the crossbar can be selected according to your specific needs, which is flexible and convenient. The crossbar is equipped with 4 anti-drop hooks that can be moved freely. It’s very convenient and can hold your keys, pet leashes, collars, umbrellas, etc.

Arc Inner Angle Design: The corner floating shelves adopt an arc-shaped inner corner design. Compared with the right-angled inner corner, the arc-shaped inner floating shelves will disperse the pressure of the placed items on the corner joints, greatly reducing the risk of joint breakage, and let you feel more at ease when using it.

Sturdy & Durable: The floating shelves is made of thick particleboard and industrial-grade iron bracket, which are sturdy and durable to last you for years to come. The maximum load-bearing capacity of the 15.75-inch storage shelves is 66LB, and the maximum load-bearing capacity of 23.62-inch storage shelves is 88LB.

Multi-Functional Wall Shelves: The storage shelves come in two sizes: 15.7”*11” *4.9”/23.6”*11.8”*4.9”, you can choose the size according to your wall space and choose from three colors to decorate your room with a retro-industrial style. Spices can be placed in the kitchen, towels can be hung on the rails, and kitchen utensils can be hung on the hooks. In the bathroom, you can put toiletries on the shelf, and use hooks to hang towels or whatever you may desire.

Easy to install: The corner floating shelves contain the screws and installation tools required for installation, no need to purchase them separately. The package also contains simple level and installation instructions to help you install more efficiently. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange before you provide us sufficient information, solid proof and other details that can help the customer support understand the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Apart from regular priced items, sale items can also be refunded and the amount returned to you is the same as the sale price you buy items at.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we would guide you how to exchange and where you send the item to.

To return your product, you should mail your product to an address that Greenstell customer support provides you.

For defective items, generally Greenstell would cover the shipping and provide you a shipping label for you to return. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Orders will be processed within 2 business days and you will be notified of the tracking information once its shipment. Please track your parcel after 3-5 days as the status may not updated timely.

1. Why I can’t track my parcel?
Please confirm whether you enter the right tracking number and choose the right tracking website. If all are correct, please contact us.

2. Everything is right, why can't I find information about my parcel?
Usually, the information has not been updated by the shipping company. Please track your parcel after 3-5 days from your order shipped date.

3. What should I do if I did not get the parcel after a long time?
If you have not received your parcel 30 days after the shipping date, please contact us we will help you to track the parcel.
