We will always try and get your order to you as fast as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by us as will be confirmed to you), normally within 2 working days or less if the goods are in stock.

Shipping Times

We ship out our packages from Amazon warehouse (MDW9, 2865 Duke Parkway, Aurora, IL 60502-8200, US). The shipping generally takes 5 to 15 days to the USA before successful delivery.  (There may some delay due to COVID-19, Thanks for understanding!)

All delivery times are quoted in business days, weekends, and holidays excluded. Orders will be processed the following working day if all orders placed after Friday.

Shipping Charges

We provide free standard shipping and paid expedited shipping. The charges depend on the weight of your items you add to your cart.  If you are in need of an expedited shipment, feel free to send an email to our customer service with details, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Besides, Shipping charges do not include applicable duties or taxes. Duty, customs and any other import taxes are not prepaid and are the responsibility of the customer because we have little knowledge if you will or will not get charged tax due to a large number of countries and tax laws worldwide.

As soon as the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.
